Need a special or a cut not listed?

Please reach out to us. We do carry a wide selection of addtional cuts not listed on the price sheet.

We have fresh and flash frozen steaks in stock.

We order every Monday and we receive on Wednesday.

We offer whole, half and quarter cows if you need to really stock up. Stop by the shop or click the link above to get your freezer stocked!

Wagyu Price Sheet

During the redesign of the shop, we carry a limited selection of six cuts, patties, grillers & hot dogs.

We will expand the stock of available cuts over the coming weeks and leading into the Holidays.

That said, if you need a cut not listed, give a call and we'll get it ordered for you.

All the steaks are Flash Frozen immediately after processing.

We have wine and other tasty stuff!

WE NOW HAVE COLD CASES FILLED WITH ANGUS CUT WEEKLY, JERKY, SMOKED SAUSAGES AND A WHOLE LOT MORE LIKE SOME CRISP WINES AND REALLY TASTY, LOCAL THINGS MADE BY OUR FRIENDS. NEW STUFF SEEMS TO SHOW UP EVERY WEEK.
